The shelf life of honeydew melons

When ripe, honeydew melons can be kept for a maximum of one to two weeks at room temperature if they have not yet been cut. When cut, they should look like watermelons keep in the refrigerator and cover the cut side with cling film. The honeydew melon can be stored for up to three days, but if it is cut it can easily take on foreign odors from other foods in the refrigerator.

Freeze honeydew melons
