Basically, all wild herbs can be frozen. But while some varieties survive the freezing temperatures well, others lose a large part of their taste and their original consistency.

Freeze excess quickly

Picked wild herbs wither quickly. If they are not intended to be prepared soon, they should be prepared for another, permanent type of storage as soon as possible. When frozen, their valuable ingredients are largely retained.

Clean
