What is the use of the finishing?
A refined wisteria is more robust and blooms earlier and often more beautifully than an unrefined plant that may itself grown from seed became. So if you value early and abundant flowering, then you'd better buy a grafted wisteria.

How are plants grafted?

It is definitely worth checking that too. The finishing point is usually above the ground. If you have bought a grafted wisteria, then you should consistently cut off all the shoots that are below the grafting point drive out.
Can I refine a wisteria myself?
Since a wisteria is difficult to grow from cuttings, the question quickly arises whether it would be more useful to refine it in the home garden. This project is at least beginners in the Gardening rather discouraged. Instead, it is better to try propagation through subsidence.
