Organic fertilizers guarantee a constant supply of valuable nutrients to your tulip bulbs. The natural ingredients are first processed by busy soil organisms so that they are available for the roots. Since this process takes place continuously, there is hardly any overdose. In contrast, mineral supplements with a concentrated charge drive growth upwards, are quickly used up and have to be administered again.

Ripe compost is therefore the first choice to make tulips in harmony with nature fertilize. For hobby gardeners without their own compost heap, the specialist trade has suitable products available. The best dates

It is an advantage if you put tulip bulbs in a soil plantsenriched with compost and horn shavings. This is how you prevent gaps in supply right from the start. In addition, we recommend that you take the following fertilization dates into account in the maintenance program:

• Cover the planting site with compost in autumn
• From March every 2 weeks from March, lightly work an organic fertilizer into the soil with the rake
• After every fertilization with normal water to water
