White grapes with and without seeds

They are all phylloxera-resistant

Are you on the lookout for special grape varieties that are resistant to the dreaded phylloxera? Then all varieties offered in Germany meet this requirement. After the devastating pest epidemics in the 18th and 19th Century, only grafted grape varieties on resistant substrates are allowed.

According to the phylloxera regulation, no non-root cuttings for the Multiplication to be planted. Responsible hobby gardeners also take this requirement seriously outside of these areas.

Tips & Tricks

Do you already know the chameleon among the grape varieties? Immediately after the blossom the grapes turn red to change to a delicate green during the ripening period and to shine again in a wonderful pink shortly before the harvest.
