For generations, sugar has established itself as the perfect preservative without swinging the chemical club. Here microbes have no chance of settling in the strawberries for months. Alternatively, you can puree half of the strawberries into puree and cut the rest into small slices. Sprinkled with powdered sugar and the juice of a lime, mix everything together. An exciting way to preserve it is when sweet strawberries meet sour vinegar. Put 300 grams of strawberries that have been blown and freed from sepals together with 500 milliliters of white wine vinegar in a glass vessel. This is tightly closed, placed in a light place for 6 weeks and shaken once a day. Finally, the strawberries are mashed and the strawberry vinegar is strained through a cheesecloth.

How alcohol preserves the enjoyment of strawberries

At the same level as sugar, high-proof alcohol has been one of the best preservatives since time immemorial. Strawberries are one of the most popular ingredients here because they are fresh from the garden pass so quickly. This is how it works:
