Making aronia berries into jam - easy recipe
Chokeberries can be bought fresh at the weekly market or dried in the supermarket. In the near-natural garden, hobby gardeners plant the aronia bush as Bee pasture and for the freshness Berry harvest. With this recipe you can conjure up a fruity jam from aronia berries:

- 1 kg of aronia berries
- 1 kg preserving sugar (1: 1)
- 75 ml lemon juice
- 1 cinnamon stick

Please provide the following kitchen utensils for preparation: 1 saucepan, 1 hand blender, 4-5 jam jars. How to do it correctly:
- Wash and clean the aronia berries and place in the saucepan
- Add the preserving sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice
- Mix and puree the mass
- Add the cinnamon stick
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring regularly
- Remove the cinnamon stick
- Pour jellied, hot jam into the jars
- Close the jars tightly and place them upside down on a kitchen towel
Perform the gelation test before pouring the jam into jars. Put a sample on a cold plate with a small spoon. The aronia berry jam is ready when the mixture thickens after a minute or two and no longer runs.
Fruity compote with aronia berries
You can give warm dishes a fruity note with aronia berry compote. Served as a tasty snack, young and old alike can nibble on healthy vitamins. The following recipe will make berry fans mouth watering:

- 250 ml of red grape juice

- Sort the aronia berries, wash and drain in a sieve
- Bring the grape juice and preserving sugar to the boil in a saucepan
- Add the berries
