Propagate columnar cactus: cut cuttings or sow seeds

How to sow columnar cacti
The seeds are sown thinly in prepared bowls in early spring and are not covered. The surface must be kept slightly damp.
Set up the growing containers in a bright and warm location at 20 to 28 degrees. Cover the vessels with a plastic wrap to prevent them from drying out.

Cut the cuttings for propagation in spring or summer. Use a sharp, clean knife and make the cut straight through in a thinner area.
