  • ‘Bordeaux (F1)’: French variety with slightly reddish-purple stems; can be grown as baby spinach and is particularly resistant to downy mildew; it can also be grown on the balcony
  • 'Butterfly': Proven variety for spring and autumn cultivation with a good yield
