Chinese cabbage can be grown successfully in your own garden without any problems, even in our latitudes. You can buy the seeds in garden shops, hardware stores or online from us. On the seed bags you will find information about the cultivation, harvest, storage and use of the respective variety.

Below we have put together some well-established, but also new varieties for you:

  • garnet: long heads with jagged leaves; popular because of the excellent taste and the particularly tender leaves; above average vitamin content.
  • Hong Kong F1: delicate, very firm heads; good taste.
  • Kasumi F1: early variety with exquisite appearance; particularly aromatic taste.
  • Kilakin F1: modern breeding; extremely bolt resistant with high yield; resistant to clubroot; very good storage capacity.
  • Michihili F1: the cabbages are somewhat squat in a roundish-oval shape; very robust and productive.
  • Natsuki F1: long, tender, sometimes tiny heads of Chinese cabbage; extremely bolt resistant; very popular as raw food because of its excellent taste; resistant to clubroot.
  • Parkin F1: medium variety, bolting resistant and robust against clubroot; medium-sized heads with crispy-tender very aromatic leaves.
  • Scarlet F1: the characteristic of this particular variety of cauliflower is the red and purple leaves; great taste and very productive.
  • Spectral F1: very high yields; particularly tender cabbage leaves.
  • Yuki F1: medium variety with extremely compact cabbages; very pleasant, mild taste.
