Does cooking oil work against ants in the sand?
Cooking oil is not effective against ants in the sand. Essential Oils however, are very efficient. The intense scent of these oils deters the ants. Essential oils such as lemon oil, mint oil or lavender oil can be used to combat ants.
How do I fight ants in the sand?
Fight the ants with humidity or chilling smells. If sand is too wet or too dry, ants will no longer reside in it.
