How are eggplant seeds planted?
Aubergines (Solanum melongena) are members of the nightshade family. Your seeds will germinate reliably with the right care (temperature and humidity). They are dark germs and should be around 1 centimeter deep in potting soil germinate. The germination period of the eggplant seeds is about 8 to 12 days.
