The pointed flower comes from the Far East and has long been introduced in Germany as a houseplant. It is one of the popular indoor plants that give us the most beautiful decoration, especially in the dreary winter months. The numerous bright red berries of the plant also known as Ardisia really give a distinctive appearance, appear in autumn and stay on for a long time, sometimes until the next bloom Branch. The pointed flower also gets its special appearance from the fact that it grows in “tiers”, which Berries form a belt below, while the small tree in the upper area again blooms. Pointed flower is currently a bit rare on the market because it is not very easy to grow, so if you see it, you should grab it.
Under “S” in our glossary you will find many more entries, on salads and checkered flowers, sorrel and the saltwater aquarium, on mock violets and daphne, Sun eyes and parasols, mold and mold remover and beautiful landscapes in Germany viewed through the eye of the hobby gardener, to name but a few to name.
