Both variants issue an invitation and contain all the information that is needed. In variant two, however, there are a lot of emotions involved. It also underscores how important it is to the builders that potential guests attend the event. Every bet that it attracts more guests than variant one - simply because people want to be addressed emotionally and personally. One could object that this works privately, but not when a company is celebrating its topping-out ceremony. The opposite is true, an emotional address can also be used here, even if it should come along well dosed.

In order for the invitation to be accepted, the invitation text should contain additional information in a compressed form that editors can work with.
