Where can I get seeds from?
You can get the dried seeds of the most diverse types of passion flower quite easily in the garden center as well as on the Internet. But be careful: some cunning traders on well-known Internet sales platforms try to sell seeds of Passiflora edulis as an exotic rarity for a lot of money. However, this is just normal passion fruit, the fruits of which you can buy for a few cents in almost every supermarket. You can obtain over 100 seeds from such a fruit, which are particularly susceptible to germination in this passiflora species. The same also applies to Passiflora ligularis, the grenadilla. Otherwise, you are always well advised to use seeds from well-known brand manufacturers. Of course, if you already own one or more passion flowers, you can hope for fruit - or simply propagate the plant by cutting.
