Store savoy cabbage in the refrigerator
As I said, savoy cabbage can be stored in the refrigerator for three days to a week, depending on the variety. That goes for savoy cabbage that you fresh harvested to have. Savoy cabbage from the supermarket is usually not fresh and therefore less durable. Store your savoy cabbage in the vegetable drawer and make sure that there is no fruit around. This would accelerate the decay.
Store savoy cabbage in the cellar
Savoy cabbage can be stored in the cellar for up to 14 days. You can put it loosely in boxes, wrap it in newspaper or hang it from the ceiling.
Prepare savoy cabbage for storage
