The German apple variety Oberdiecks Renette (Syn.: Goldzeugapfel, Josef II, Gelber Klosterapfel) bears light green fruits that are slightly red on the sunny side. The apples can be harvested from October.
- Winter apple: ripe for picking in October; Ripeness for consumption from October to March
- Medium-sized, flat-topped fruits
- Matt shiny, light green to yellow skin
- Soft, juicy flesh
- Sweet wine and reindeer-like taste
