Why isn't my amaryllis growing and what can I do?
When does the amaryllis grow at all?
The amaryllis begins in December with the expulsion of the flower and then goes into its general growth phase from March. From August, the amaryllis goes into a natural dormant phase. The amaryllis will not grow during this period. So if you observe that little is happening to the plant in autumn, there is no need to worry.
