Plant the root

Care and site conditions

Harvest the root

It will take at least eight months before you can pull the tubers out of the ground and use them. Alternatively, ginger can be overwintered at around ten degrees so that the organs of persistence sprout in the next spring.
Tips
Simmer the peel of organic ginger until the water is yellowish in color and tastes hot. Season the stock with salt and pepper.
