Which location is ideal for the Anthurium?
Your homeland has them anthurium in the South American rainforests, where it often grows and thrives as an epiphyte. At home, of course, the flamingo flower needs similar conditions:

In winter, however, make sure that the temperatures do not drop below 18 °C, and the window should not be left open all the time.

The humidity in the bathroom is naturally much higher than in the rest of the apartment, and it should be be warm enough especially in the winter months - many people tend to sleep cool and heat their bedroom not. In the bathroom, on the other hand, it can often be warmer. However, only place plants in a bathroom with daylight!
